Before I had babies I was always thin. I am 5'2" and pre-babies weight was 110. My 'babies' are now 6-14 years old! Needless to say after having my children I looked in the mirror and was incredibly unhappy with what I saw. My petite small frame now weighed 160 lbs. Don't forget I am only 5'2" tall. Since my son was born in 2006 I have gotten back into working out and have lost some weight through cardio. My body is nowhere near what I want it to be. I still have a very soft mommy body (especially belly) and am ready to take this to the next level.
I want to lose about 30 lbs and get into the best shape of my life. I have always done and loved cardio but am now going to start lifting which I am excited about! I am also starting to eat clean which is completely new to me but I am learning!
